For those that may not have heard, I actually took a vacation!! It was great. It was a 4-day, 3-night trip from Lexington to Phoenix, where I picked up a rental car and drove to Flagstaff (my "home" base). On the way to Flagstaff, I went through Sedona. I could easily buy a timeshare in Sedona. Anyhow, day 1, 11 November, was a travel day. Day 2, 12 November was a trip to the Grand Canyon. Day 3, 13 November, included the Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, and more Sedona. Oh, yeah, I ate lunch in Winslow, AZ. Didn't see a girl in a flatbed Ford. Day 4 was drive back to Pheonix and fly back to Lexington. Check out the Photo Album to see the pictures from the trip.
