Passed away on June 20, 2014 at Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich. She was born on December 5th, 1947, in Warfield, Kentucky, the daughter of Jack Chafin and Reba Mollett. She spent some of her earlier years in Ohio.
On June 11th, 2008 she married John Ginter and they built a log cabin in the Town of Pittsfield where they have lived for the past six years. At one time she worked for Verizon in Ohio and also assisted her father in the funeral business in New Mexico.
Ruth Edith Mollett, 74, world traveler, horticulture enthusiast, and ornithologist passed away on Monday, June 24, 2013 at OSU Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, due to complications from a three-year battle with ALS. Arnold Mollette, age 94, of Red Jacket, W.Va., and formerly of Warfield, Ky., departed this life on Saturday Morning November 21, 2009, at his home following a lingering illness.
